These terms explain the expectations for using the JM Detailing Kentucky website and requesting mobile automotive detailing services.
Quotes and appointments
Online requests are requests for availability, not guaranteed appointments. A booking becomes confirmed only after JM Detailing communicates the appointment details, service scope, location, and applicable pricing. Quotes may change if vehicle size, condition, access, or requested work differs from the information provided.
Vehicle access and condition
Customers are responsible for providing safe access to the vehicle, reasonable working conditions, and any required permission for service at the selected location. Please remove valuables and disclose sensitive surfaces, prior coatings, damage, mold, pet hair, or other conditions that may affect the work.
Service results
Detailing improves cleanliness and appearance, but results depend on vehicle condition, material wear, stains, odors, weather, and the selected package. Existing damage, permanent staining, scratches, oxidation, or neglected materials may not be fully reversible.
Cancellations and weather
Please contact us as early as possible if you need to change an appointment. Mobile service may be rescheduled when weather, unsafe conditions, access limitations, or other circumstances make quality service impractical.
